Welcome to Priority for Human Being Organization (PHO) in the Gambella region of Ethiopia, we are on the ground, working alongside communities to turn challenges into opportunities. From supporting refugees who have fled conflict to helping local farmers adapt to climate change, we believe that every person deserves the chance to live a life of dignity.
We are not just an NGO; we are neighbors, partners, and advocates. We listen first, then we act. By focusing on education, health, and economic empowerment, we are building a future where vulnerable communities don’t just survive—they thrive.
